Newsletter #34: The politics of the academy have been defeated
How did things get to this pass?
Dear friends and readers,
I have a new piece out today in The Chronicle of Higher Education, a post-election blast at the academic left and its divorce from reality. To read it you will have to sign up for their newsletter, a process that should take about 30 seconds.
For those of you who are getting this newsletter for the first time, I generally use it for news of new work only. For new podcast and other appearances, you can friend me on Facebook or follow me on Twitter/X.
To catch up on (most of) the pieces I announced in earlier editions of this newsletter, see the “Recent” column on the Essays & Reviews page of my website. For a selection of past podcast and other appearances, see the Media page of my website.
Thanks for reading.
Bill
I would really like to read your piece--and, wow, I can't believe The Chronicle published it! But, well, let me see if I can get past the disgust of signing up for yet another thing. :) I bet they will ask for a password. That's where I draw the line.
Love it. ❤️
